Card Products Expert – Card Launch

Pentabell is seeking an experienced Card Products Expert for a banking-sector client in Qatar. The role is focused on supporting the successful launch of a new card product and coordinating business, technical, operational, and external stakeholder requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with the BIN sponsor, launching entity, and wider project team to manage dependencies, clarify requirements, support implementation activities, and ensure the card product launch progresses smoothly. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in cards, payments, and card product launches, with strong knowledge of card systems, BIN sponsorship, operating requirements, and new card value propositions. Bilingual Arabic and English communication skills are mandatory.
