Senior Business Manager (AVP 1) – Digital Payments

One of the largest banks in Pakistan is seeking an experienced professional for the position of Senior Business Manager (AVP 1) within its Digital Payments Team in Lahore.

The successful candidate will lead digital payment initiatives for corporate and enterprise clients, work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution, and contribute to strategic projects supporting the bank’s digital transformation roadmap.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead digital payment initiatives and solutions for corporate and enterprise clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to drive successful execution.
• Support strategic digital payment projects aligned with the bank’s digital transformation objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and coordinate timely resolution.
• Prepare business analysis, reports, and presentations to support management decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to enhance digital payment adoption and business growth.
• Manage stakeholders effectively and ensure alignment between business requirements and project execution.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in digital payments, digital banking, fintech, corporate banking, transaction banking, or related areas will be preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, coordination, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with corporate clients and cross-functional teams.
