Process Automation Manager

Samba Bank is looking for a skilled and results-oriented Process Automation Manager to join its Head Office team in Karachi. The role will focus on driving process automation and digital transformation initiatives across banking operations, with the objective of improving efficiency, reducing manual effort, strengthening controls, and enhancing overall customer and employee experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities, analyzing existing business processes, coordinating with business and technology teams, and implementing scalable automation solutions aligned with the bank's strategic objectives. Candidates with strong process improvement, automation, analytical, project management, and stakeholder-management capabilities will be well suited for this role. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate business processes suitable for automation.
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend process-improvement opportunities.
• Lead automation initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Work closely with business, operations, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, requirements, workflows, and automation roadmaps.
• Monitor automation performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure automated processes comply with banking controls, policies, risk requirements, and governance standards.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and promote a culture of continuous process improvement.
• Prepare management reports and presentations on automation initiatives, benefits, and progress.

Preferred Profile

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in process automation, business process management, digital transformation, or banking operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing automation projects.
• Understanding of workflow automation, RPA, process mapping, and digital transformation tools will be advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
