TTP Media Group is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join its remote team and help transform business data into meaningful insights and data-driven decisions.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical BI capabilities with business understanding and stakeholder management. This role goes beyond dashboard development — the successful candidate will understand business problems, validate data, identify meaningful insights, and translate analytical findings into practical BI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives, requirements, and analytical needs.
Translate business requirements into meaningful data analysis, KPIs, dashboards, and BI solutions.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with a focus on usability and data storytelling.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Validate data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and reliability before presenting insights.
Work with multiple data sources and understand how data is collected, transformed, and utilized across the business.
Develop meaningful KPIs and analytical metrics to support decision-making.
Communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Apply data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and Power BI best practices.
Collaborate with multiple business functions in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements & Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into analytical solutions.
Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and reliability.
Experience working with multiple data sources and business functions.
Good knowledge of Data Modeling, DAX, Power Query, and Power BI best practices.
Strong data storytelling skills and ability to communicate insights effectively.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or similar certification.
Background in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
Experience working directly with business teams to convert business problems into data-driven solutions.
