Assistant Product Manager – Home Finance

Bank Alfalah is seeking a motivated and analytical professional for the position of Assistant Product Manager – Home Finance in Lahore. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to the development and management of innovative Home Finance products within the banking and financial services sector.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in product management or product development, preferably within banking or financial services, along with strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and management of Home Finance products.
• Assist in product planning, enhancement, and implementation initiatives.
• Conduct market and product analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze product performance and prepare management reports and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support successful product launches and enhancements.
• Contribute to product strategies aligned with business and customer requirements.
• Support process improvement and product-related projects.
• Prepare analytical models, presentations, and business reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Product Development or Product Management experience will be highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
